October 24, 2018 / by HOA Manager
Community association board members and managers might not immediately think of customer service as one of their priorities, but they should. Can You Install Solar Panels on Condominium Common Areas?
August 14, 2018 / by HOA Manager
The Board of Directors for most condominium associations in California have felt very comfortable in the past letting owners know that they could not install solar on the common area roof. The roof is common area after all and its maintenance and replacement are the association’s responsibility. What to Do When an HOA Board Member is Breaking the Rules
June 21, 2017 / by HOA Manager
The ultimate goal in a homeowners association is for everyone to be respectful and live together peacefully. However, it’s hard to accomplish both of these goals when you have members breaking the rules – especially if it’s a board member.
